A concerned citizen observed 2 young males stealing a pumpkin from a business on Sandy St Chatham. Both young males were located. The one young admitted to being responsible for the theft, and was referred to the Restorative Justice Program. His counterpart, was found to have open liquor on him, a small amount of marijuana and a replica 45 cal. air pistol, which was functional and loaded with pellets. This young man (15yrs) now faces a Possession of Narcotics charge and is to be released to the custody of his parents.
