On 1 September 2015, at 4:30 pm., a homeowner on Sundew Drive in the City of Waterloo observed a male on a trail near the forest. The male was just off the trail, naked and masturbating. The homeowner confronted the male who then walked into the woods. A Canine track was attempted without success. The male is described as having tanned skin, 15-17 years old, brown hair.
