The London Police Traffic Management Unit are investigating a 3 car motor vehicle collision that claimed the life of a 42 year old female .
On Saturday November 23rd, 2013 at approximately 3:45 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving 3 vehicles at the area of Hyde Park Road and Sunningdale Road.
There were 9 occupants in total, 2 with minor injuries and unfortunately one occupant who has died.
Due to the continuing investigation the identity of the occupants remain undisclosed at this time to allow notification of all next of kin.
