Multiple Vehicles Entered

(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to St George Road near Governors Road with the County of Brant, Ontario in response to multiple vehicles entered overnight.

OPP investigators discovered that unknown persons gained entry to two vehicles parked in separate driveways at separate residences overnight between 11:00 p.m on14 July 2015 and 4:30 a.m. on 15 July 2015.

Police are requesting assistance from the public to identify suspects. If you were in the area and saw any parked vehicles or pedestrians please contact the County of Brant OPP at 1888-310-1122.

County of Brant OPP would like to offer the following tips to help you protect your property:

Watch for suspicious people or activity in your neighbourhood

Have a trusted neighbour keep an eye on your residence and you do the same for them

Do NOT announce your absence over social media

Deter potential criminals by ensuring outside lights work and consider motion sensor lights

Lock all your doors on your house and vehicles even if parked in the garage

Remove valuable from your vehicle every night, leave nothing in plain sight
