(ESSEX, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Essex County Crime Unit has charged a second person in relation to an arson that occurred on February 10, 2016 on Nottingham Drive in Essex.
Russell MULHOLLAND, age 22 of Windsor was arrested and charged with Arson-Damage to Property. He will appear in a Windsor Court on March 30, 2016 to answer to the charges.
