Mugging Victim Shot Three Times In Kitchener – Suspects At Large

Location: QUEEN ST S and DAVID ST, KITCHENER ON

On the evening of October 23, 2015 a male was walking on the Iron Horse Trail near Victoria Park when he was approached by 2 unidentified males. The suspects demanded the victim turn over his personal property. One of the males, pointed a firearm at the victim when he refused.

The victim was shot 3 times with a pellet gun and suffered non-life threatening injuries and released after receiving medical attention. The victim was able to flee the area of the robbery after being struck with the pellets. The two suspects are described as: 25- 30, athletic build, black and grey bandanas covering their faces. Waterloo Regional Police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying who is responsible for this robbery.
