(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 49-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Vittoria Road, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, March 11, 2016, at approximately 4:39 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Charlotteville West Quarter Line Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Vittoria Road address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 49-year-old Ronald Wayne MUDFORD of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
