(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) Members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) Program in Dymond Township on November 29, 2013 at approximately 8:50 p.m.
The suspect vehicle was approaching the RIDE Program when it was observed to quickly change directions to evade the police. Police stopped the suspect within a short distance and checked the status of the driver.
Tanner GRAYDON 29 years of New Liskeard is charged with Over 80 – section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code and Driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available – section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act.
Accused will appear in Haileybury Ontario Court of Justice on December 10, 2013.
