(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at approximately 7:00 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 1992 Harley Davidson motorcycle travelling on Grey Road 1 near Lakeview Crescent in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
The driver of the motorcycle, 40-year old, Jason Kenneth HART, of Durham, Ontario was charged with making “unnecessary noise” and having an “improper muffler” under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).
