(LAKESHORE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Essex Windsor Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and Lakeshore Fire Department attended Essex County Road 27 (Belle River Road) near South Middle Road in Lakeshore for a two vehicle crash today.
A truck and motorcycle collided causing life-threatening injuries to the motorcycle driver who was taken to an area hospital by EMS.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) are currently on scene to investigate.
Essex County Road 27 between Essex County Road 46 and Essex County Road 8 will remain closed until the investigation is complete.
