(Madoc, ON) – On January 9, 2015 at 7:20 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway # 62 north of Quin-Mo-Lac Road in the Municipality of Centre Hastings. A northbound car lost control and struck a southbound pickup truck. Two people were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
In addition on January 8, 2015 at 5:40 p.m. officers responded to a single vehicle collision after a driver lost control on Rapids Road in the Municipality of Tweed. No injuries were reported.
Due to recent adverse weather, O.P.P are advising motorists to slow down, drive with caution and to leave extra space between yourself and other vehicles.
