Just before 8:00 a.m. yesterday morning, emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Notre Dame Street. The driver lost control of his vehicle, left the road and struck a hydro pole. He sustained minor injuries. Total damage was estimated at $25,000. The 21-year-old man was charged with careless driving.
