On Friday November 22, 2013 at approximately 9:40 am the Chatham-Kent Police attended at 10 Grand Avenue West, Chatham after reports of a car striking the building located on the property. Upon police arrival they discovered a car resting against the building with significant damage to the property as well as the vehicle. The driver, a 72 year old Chatham woman, was transported to hospital for examination. The involved vehicle was towed from the scene. The combined damage to the building and vehicle is estimated at $26,000.
