Around 1:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Lindsay Road and Countryview Line.
Three people were transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance for medical attention. Total damage was estimated at $3000.
A 49-year-old Chatham Township man was charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
