Police received a call to attend a south end neighbourhood for a possible break and enter to a residence. The caller reported that he was out of town and learned someone has been using his residence.
Police attended and located a female and her children that had moved into the house with her boyfriend who police had arrested earlier in the day for drug possession. The homeowner, who was away on vacation confirmed that no one should be in the house. A 29 year old female from North Bay was arrested for being unlawfully in a dwelling house. Because she had outstanding charges from another Province, she was taken into the station and held for a bail hearing
A family member from North Bay attended to care for her 5 and 7 year old children.
