(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 1st, 2016 at approximately 11:30 a.m. members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were investigating a traffic complaint and stopped a motor vehicle on Dyer Drive that fit the description of the vehicle involved.
A further investigation by OPP revealed that the driver of this vehicle was involved with the above complaint and in operation of this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is David M MORTIMER 70 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is June 7th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
