(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a woman with Impaired Driving and Drug Offences. The charges stem from a vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Highway 11 Benoit Township. The Incident occurred on March 18, 2016 at 1:30 am.
As a result of the investigation Oxycodone and Methamphetamine were seized. The estimated street value of the seized drugs is approximately $800.
Charged is Megan MORIN age 23 of Timmins, Ontario, with Driving While Ability Impaired and two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins Ontario on May 3, 2016.
