(Lanark County, ON) – Lanark County Ontario Provincial Police officers have been very busy on the highways over the last few days and the trend they are seeing is concerning. Between January 27th and Feb 1st 2017 officers have investigated and charged 6 people with alcohol related driving offenses like impaired driving and/or driving a vehicle with over 80mg of alcohol in their blood.
Charged people are:
Angus Stewart-Guthrie, age 65 of Mississippi Mills – Charged with Impaired driving, Drive motor vehicle with over 80 of alcohol per 100ml of blood, Flight from Police, Resist police officer. Court Date March 13th 2017.
Jonathan Montgomery, Age 43 of Carleton Place – Charged with Drive motor vehicle with over 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood. Court Date February 13th 2017.
Bryan Wallace Hall, Age 54 of Beckwith Township – Charged with Impaired Care and Control of Motor vehicle. Court Date February 27th 2017.
Joanne Cummings, Age 35 of South Elmsley Township – Charged with Drive motor vehicle with over 80 mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood. Court date February 27th 2017.
Richard Roger Daviau, Age 36 of Drummond North Elmsley Township – Charged with Impaired Driving, Drive motor vehicle with over 80 mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood and Dangerous operation of motor vehicle. Court date February 27th 2017.
Debbie Margaret Dykeman, Age 66 of Drummond North Elmsley Township – Charged with Impaired Driving and Drive motor vehicle with over 80 mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood. Court date March 6th 2017.
All are to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth.
