(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped an ATV near the Village of Keene on New Year’s Eve just after 11:00pm.
The ATV rider was investigated and found to have been drinking. Brayden JONES (age 36) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township was arrested and charged with:
Operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on February 11, 2016.
(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to assist on Lakefield Road just after 8:00am Friday morning.
A roads worker located an unresponsive male was slumped over his steering of his running vehicle. Justin Grant JONES (age 25) of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Care and control of a vehicle while impaired
Care and control of a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on February 18, 2016.
(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a collision on Highway 7 near Blezard Line Saturday morning just after 2:30am.
The investigation revealed that the female driver had rolled her vehicle several times. The driver was uninjured but was found to have been drinking. Kristen TOTH (age 25) was arrested and charged with:
Operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood

The driver was stopped, investigated and found to have been drinking. Bart LAWSON (age 48) of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township was arrested and charged with:
Driving while impaired
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
