More Impaired Drivers Busted

(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and stopped a vehicle on Chemong Road and investigated the driver Saturday morning shortly before noon.

The driver of the vehicle was found to have been drinking.

Ronald Clare SEELEY (age 31) of Springbrook, ON was arrested at the scene and charged with:

Impaired driving

Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood

The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on November 24, 2016.

(Asphodel-Norwood Township) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called by the Peterborough Police Service to assist in locating an impaired driver shortly after 1:00am Sunday morning.

Officers located the suspect vehicle on Highway 7. The driver was investigated and found to have been drinking. Bryan Thomas LAWRENCE (age 21) of Trent Hills, ON was arrested and charged with:

Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on December 01, 2016.

(Cavan-Monaghan Township) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a driver after stopping him for speeding on Highway 115 shortly after 3:00am this morning.

Eric Bradley EASTWOOD (age 30) of Oshawa, ON was arrested and charged with:

Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood

Drive no licence

Speeding

Driving with open container of liquor

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on December 15, 2016.
