(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On September 14th, 2016 at approximately 10:30 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), Central Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Central Region Canine Unit executed a search warrant on a residence on William Street in the Town of Stayner. As a result of this action one person was charged and a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana was seized.
Charged with “Produce a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana” and “Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana” is Mitchell WIEBE 19 years old from Clearview Twp. First appearance is October 11, 2016 in Collingwood court.
