(LAKESHORE, ON) – On August 29, 2016 at approximately 1:15 a.m. members of the Ontario Provincial Police had occasion to stop a black Chevrolet SUV on Pleasant Park Side Road in Lakeshore, Ontario for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
Upon speaking with the driver, he exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
Mitchell PASSA, age 24 of Essex, Ontario has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content and will appear in a Windsor Court on September 22, 2016.
