(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 24, 2015 at 2:53 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street in Kincardine stopped a Red Toyota Tundra pick-up truck. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-three-year old Mitchell MILLAR of Brampton has been charged with impaired driving, refuse breath sample, fail to surrender vehicle permit and fail to surrender insurance. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing on October 24, 2015.
