(LATCHFORD, ON) – On August 26, 2016 members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere Program (RIDE) on Highway 11, Latchford.
Shortly after midnight, an automobile approached the RIDE Program. Through investigation the driver, Mitchell GAUTHIER-NEVILLE, 21, of Penetanguishene was arrested and charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) with:
Traffick in Schedule I Substance (Cocaine) – section 5(1) of the CDSA
Traffick in a Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) – section 5(1) of the CDSA
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on November 8, 2016.
