(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County OPP detachment has charged a 44-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Davis Street East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, April 13, 2017, at approximately 4:53 a.m., police were contacted by concerned citizens about a vehicle that was travelling eastbound on Highway 3. Officers patrolling the area located the vehicle and stopped it to investigate the driver at a Davis Street East address.
As a result, police have charged 44-year-old Mitchell Adam BAROCAS of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drug.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
