(SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON) – Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing male youth. Sydney KEEPER was last seen on December 13, 2014 at approximately 10:00pm in the area of Seventh Avenue in Sioux Lookout.
Sydney KEEPER is described as a 16 year old First Nations male who is six feet tall and approximately 100 pounds with a slim build and dark hair. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and green and black running shoes.
