(Otonabee South Monaghan Township, ON) – On Wednesday July 30, at approximately 7:40 p.m. members of Peterborough County OPP received a call to assist in the report of a missing person from a residence Driscoll Road.
The missing 54year old female Cindy FOSS, left her home stating she had several appointments throughout the day.
At the end of the day the female had still not returned home and her family became concerned for her well being and called the police.
The missing woman Cindy FOSS 54 years old, 5’1†103 lb. slender build, brown hair and blue eyes. She is believed to be with her dog a white and beige Heinz 57.
She is driving a 2011 White Dodge Avenger.
