(FORT FRANCES, ON) – On the afternoon of March 14, 2015 the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a body that had been located at a boat launch on McIrvine Road in Fort Frances.
A post mortem took place in Kenora March 16, 2015 and the female has been positively identified as 58-year-old Linda KOZIK of Fort Frances who was last seen the afternoon of January 15, 2015 leaving a Kings Highway residence in Fort Frances, Ontario.
The investigation is continuing under the authority of the Coroner. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
