Waterloo Regional Police are requesting the public’s assistance for information to help locate a missing teen. Malisa PHAVISETH is 16 years old, of Asian descent. She is 5’1”, 115lbs, long dark hair, petite build, brown eyes, tanned skin. A photo is attached to this release. She was last seen on August 7th in Kitchener wearing: jean shorts, black top, tan sandals, black backpack. Police would like to check on her well-being.
