(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – The City of Kawartha Lakes Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is looking for the public’s assistance in finding 15 year old, Jessica PHILLIP.
Jessica ran away from her Omemee area home February 12, 2016. Jessica is described as a slim black youth, 163 cm in height, 50 kg in weight, with brown eyes and black hair. A photo is attached.
Investigators believe Jessica is in the Newmarket area of York region.
