Mischief – OPP Office

(Embrun, ON)On August 17, 2013 OPP Constables transported an intoxicated male from the St-Albert Curd Festival to the Embrun office. The male was lodged into an OPP cell. At one point the male became very agitated and started to damage the inside of the cell. At one point he damaged the water sprinkler and it set off the other water sprinklers in the cell block flooding it at the same time.

Kenny CHARBONNEAU, 25 years old of Casselman will have to appear in L’Orignal court on September25, 2013 to answer to the following charge:
