Mischief Charges

(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Sunday April 19, 2015 just before 2:00am Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were made aware of a fight taking place at a residence on Muskoka Road #3 N. Huntsville, Ontario. When the officers arrived they found that two males had been fighting after returning from a party, one of them had suffered minor injuries.

Investigation found that damage had been done inside the residence; this led to the arrest of Tyler MCMULLEN (27yrs) of Gravenhurst, Ontario. The accused was transported to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries then to the Huntsville detachment. He was eventually charged with Mischief under $5000.00 under the Criminal Code of Canada. He was later released with conditions and was to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on May 13, 2015 to answer to his charges.

On April 19, 2015 just before 6:00pm Huntsville OPP members attended a residence on Muskoka Road #3 N Huntsville for another report of two males fighting this time outside. Tyler MCMULLEN of Gravenhurst Ontario that had been released on conditions earlier in the day, was again arrested and eventually charged with Fail to comply with an undertaking under the Criminal Code of Canada. He was held for a bail hearing on Monday April 20, 2015 and will appear again in the Ontario Court of Justice on April 28, 2015 to answer to his charges.
