(Bancroft, Ontario) – On the morning of Thursday September 04th 2014, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of a mischief at Cardiff Elementary School on Short Street in Cardiff. Investigation revealed that sometime overnight unknown suspects spray painted “army of chaos†on the school.
