(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were advised of a minor two vehicle collision on the 403 Highway at Garden Avenue.
At approximately 2:00 p.m. Saturday August 24, 2013 a Black Chrysler rear ended a Black Honda Civic, eastbound on the 403 Highway. The driver of the Chrysler did not stop after the collision. The driver sped off onto Garden Avenue, but was stopped by a County of Brant OPP officer.
James CLOW 31 years of age from the City of Milton is facing the following charges
Operate Motor Vehicle Without Insurance (CAIA)
Fail to Remain at The Scene of a Collision (HTA)
Careless Driving (HTA)
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Offences Court in Brantford on October 1, 2013 to answer to the charges.
