(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday October 25, 2011, Huron County OPP officers located a Ford Windstar van on a rural property east of Fordwich.
The vehicle was registered to a resident of Listowel.
Perth County officers in Listowel checked the McDonald St. West residence in Listowel to which the van was registered and discovered that the garage door was wide open. The homeowner was awakened and it was confirmed that the mini van had been stolen from the garage sometime after midnight. Entry into the garage had been gained by means of the unlocked man door and the keys to the van had been left inside the vehicle.
