MILLER – Drunk Driving

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 36-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a 6 Highway, Haldimand County, Ontario address.

On Monday, May 9, 2016, at approximately 7:47 p.m., an alert citizen contacted police about a vehicle that was travelling on 6 Highway. Officers patrolling the area located the vehicle which was subsequently stopped and investigated.

As a result of investigation, police have charged 36-year-old Joseph MILLER of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit and driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor.

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
