(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On Thursday January 30, 2014 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three vehicle collision on Egremont Drive between Vanneck Road and Denfield Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
Police have learned that the collision involved an eastbound Jeep, an eastbound sedan and a westbound sedan. The male driver of the westbound vehicle was trapped and was extricated by fire crews. He was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The female driver of the eastbound sedan was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries as well. Both the male and female occupants of the Jeep were treated at the scene.
Police closed Egremont Drive for about a half hour for their investigation. The road has since been reopened.
The investigation is continuing.
