(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 40-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Cockshutt Road, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, September 23, 2016, at approximately 8:49 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Cockshutt Road and Highway 3, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 40-year-old Michelle NOILES of Brantford, Ontario with driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
