(Selwyn Township) – On Wednesday November 26, 2014, at approximately 1000 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate an erratic driver travelling on Hilliard Street.
Officers stopped and investigated a female driver of a Nissan Quest being operated by 40 year old Michelle HOOD of Selwyn Township.
As a result of the investigation HOOD was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation, Having Over 80 mgs of Alcohol in 100mls. of Blood and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
HOOD was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on January 8, 2015.
