(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 39 year old man with Drinking and Driving related offences after conducting a traffic stop at an Argyle St. Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday April 5th, 2014 at approximately 2:08 am Police stopped a black 2012 Dodge pickup truck at the Argyle St address to conduct a sobriety check on the driver. While speaking with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol were detected.
The driver identified as 39 year old Michael ZANTE of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Failing to Provide a Sample of Breath for Analysis. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at later date to answer to the charge.
