(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 31 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a St George Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, June 15, 2015, at approximately 12:53 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of St George Street and Greenock Street West when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 31 year old Michael Robert ARCHER of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
