(HURON EAST, ON) – On November 3, 2012 at 11:25 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer was conducting RADAR patrol when a black Chevrolet Cruze was observed speeding southbound on North Line. The driver was stopped on North Line at Hullet-McKillop Road.
Upon speaking with the male driver officers noted he had been drinking alcohol and was displaying signs that he was impaired by alcohol. As a result, Michael REMINGTON, age 33, from Huron East has been charged with Impaired Driving, Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol and Speeding.
He has a court date scheduled for Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 3, 2012. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
