(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 29 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Parker Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at approximately 9:17 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street South when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Parker Drive address.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 29 year old Michael Leslie Cameron SMITH of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
