(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 19 year old male after checking a vehicle at a Turkey point Road, Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, July 12, 2015 at approximately 12:01 a.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Turkey Point Road, when the vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with driving over the legal limit is 19-year-old Michael Jeffrey SIMMERMAKER of Norfolk County, Ontario
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
