(NORTH WELLINGTON, ON) On April 15, 2013 at approximately 2:10pm, a County of Wellington OPP officer stopped a 2005 Chevrolet on Baseline Road north of Highway 89. While speaking with the male driver, the officer detected the strong odor of marihuana coming from inside the vehicle. The driver surrendered a quantity of marihuana to police.
Michael Hill, age 20 of Harriston has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on June 4, 2013 to answer to the charges.
