Michael DOXTATOR is described as a native male, 37 years of age, 5’4 (165cm’s), 190 lbs (87 kgs). He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
He is serving a 2 year 7 month sentence for Robbery, Armed Robbery, Disguise with Intent and Fail to Comply with Recog.
The offender is known to frequent the city of London and its surrounding area,
