(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On October 7, 2012 just before 3:00 a.m. Huron OPP officers stopped a black Ford pickup truck that was westbound on Carling Street in Exeter. Upon speaking with the male driver, officers noted the driver had been drinking alcohol.
Michael BOWERMAN, age 34, from South Huron has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle- Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice- Exeter on November 29, 2012. He was served with an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
