Michael BOWEN – Drunk Driving

(PENETANGUISHENE, ON) – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle during the early morning hours on Sunday December 6, 2015 at 2:55 a.m.

The motor vehicle was stopped on Gignac Drive in the Town of Penetanguishene. During the stop, the officer determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. As a result of the investigation the driver was arrested for impaired driving.

Michael BOWEN (age 64) of Penetanguishene, ON has been charged with:

Driving while ability Impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland Ontario on December 17, 2015.
