(KINCARDINE, ON) On May 10, 2013 at 8:33 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Russell Street in Kincardine noticed a Black Honda UEX travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed at 81 km/h in a posted 40 km/h zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 29 year old Michael ACORN of Sarnia has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams, Speeding and Fail to provide proof of insurance. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 24, 2013 to answer to the charges.
