(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged two men and a woman with drug offences. The charges stem from the investigation of illegal drug related activities in the Kirkland Lake area. It culminated with a vehicle stop on Brookbank Avenue.
Seized as a result of the investigation were methamphetamine and marihuana. The incident occurred at approximately 12:35 a.m. on January 10, 2015. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $4,300.

Stephanie WINCIKABY, age 35, of Kirkland Lake Ontario
One count of Possession of a Controlled Substance
One count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Cory CASSISTAT, age 38, of Kirkland Lake Ontario
One count of Possession of a Controlled Substance
One count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Jody SMITH, age 20, of Kirkland Lake Ontario
One count of Possession of Controlled Substance
One count Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
The three accused are schedule to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake, on February 12, 2015.
